Visionary Award Lisa Klein (Colliers International)
Since her first Lloyd EcoDistrict meeting in April 2015 Lisa Klein, Assistant Property Manager with Colliers International, for the 1201 Lloyd building, has become a dedicated and passionate believer and a champion of the EcoDistrict and our mission to promote energy efficiency in the Lloyd. Lisa has almost achieved her goal of increasing the building’s Energy Score from 75 to the mid-80’s by a close working partnership with us and the Energy Trust of Oregon (ETO). In her personal life Lisa has for the past 12 years been volunteering with Store-to-Door by calling on homebound seniors for their grocery orders.
Catalyst Award Portland Pedal Power
In an industry dominated by excessive packaging and food waste Portland Pedal Power offers sustainable office catering from Portland’s favorite restaurants, delivered by bike. They provide active advertising on custom bikes, providing high visibility in downtown Portland and interactive promotion from their Brand Ambassador Riders.
Collaborator Award eBay Portland
In the fall of 2017, a plucky group of employees decided to try something new with the yearly charitable giving campaign the Month of Color. In the Portland Ebay office, employees worked with Lloyd EcoDistrict to implement a rest and recharge campaign aimed at provided new sleeping bags, socks and solar powered chargers for the overnighters and members at the Right 2 Dream too Emergency Shelter.The Portland office is one of the smallest outposts of eBay worldwide, yet their Month of Color campaign with Lloyd EcoDistrict had the highest “per capita” contribution from selling/buying company-wide.

The Portland Trail Blazers and Rose Quarter are key innovators in Lloyd, partnering with Lloyd EcoDistrict and our partners on a number of initiatives – from waste reduction and energy efficiency to playing a critical role in transitioning the Right 2 Dream Too community to Lloyd.
