Our second annual Eco Fair is just a few days away and we have an exciting lineup of activities this year to celebrate Earth Month. Learn sustainable tips and tricks and resources from local businesses and organizations, participate in DIY workshops and so much more!
Friday will kick off a community mandala chalk drawing project in the plaza, lead by Place Architecture. The plaza will also feature the T-horse, a mobile tea cart and community space brought to us by our friends from City Repair. Metropolis Cycles will be hosting a bike repair clinic as well so bring your bikes on down. And GenZe will have an e-bike here for test rides!
Saturday continues the chalk drawing project in the plaza and a host of kids activities inside, including Penny’s Puppet Show, Super Donkey’s Reduce-Reuse-Recycle, the Lorax planting station, Art-A-La-Carte craft bar.
Throughout the fair, inside the west wing of the Lloyd Center, will feature environmentally-focused tips, tricks, resources, and DIYs from these local organizations and businesses:
