Live Music Sundays

Ease into your Sunday evening with mellow music, shady trees, and your favorite snack. Live Music Sundays is a low-key hang designed for neighbors, friends, families, and anyone looking to wind down the weekend together.

Each week features a rotating lineup of local musicians—acoustic sets, jazz grooves, lo-fi beats—all paired perfectly with a picnic blanket and a chilled drink.

What to expect:

  • 🎵 Free live music from Portland’s best low-key artists
  • 🌳 Plenty of shade and open space to relax
  • 🧺 Bring a blanket and snacks—or grab something nearby

Upcoming Lineup:

September 7 – Sarabean and Brood22

This week featured an indie/alternative singer/songwriter pair. Follow on Instagram at @sarabbean and @brood22pdx.

August 24 – Rose Parade

Formed in 2021 in Portland, Oregon, this jazz-influenced Elliott Smith tribute band brings a fresh and deeply emotive perspective to the late songwriter’s catalog. Featuring Shiloh Schatzkamer (the Doormats, Sydney Dreamstar) on vocals, and Aber Miller (John Craigie band, Shook Twins) on keyboards, the group reimagines Smith’s intimate, melancholic songs through lush harmonies, nuanced improvisation, and dynamic interplay. Drawing from Portland’s rich musical landscape, the ensemble pays homage to Smith’s legacy while exploring new emotional and sonic terrain in his work.  While Rose Parade typically includes bass and drums, this will be a stripped-down duo show.
