Peace Memorial Park Memorial Day Makeover Volunteer Gathering

Join Lloyd EcoDistrict and volunteers on Memorial Day to help makeover Peace Memorial Park. We will pick up trash in the surrounding areas (Eastbank Esplanade/Convention Center/Moda Center) and at Peace Memorial Park! We will have a variety of other volunteer tasks, including removing graffiti, repainting park fences/walls (weather dependent), installing elementary school artwork, mowing/raking up the grass and removing invasive plants. 

While the event will is scheduled from 9:30 am to 1:00 pm – volunteers are not expected to stay the entire time! We hope you can commit to 1-3 hours of volunteer time.
