Executive Director


As Executive Director, Kristin provides direction and support for the Lloyd EcoDistrict organization planning and program operations work.

Kristin brings nearly 15 years of experience in public and private sector finance, community development, and sustainable social impact work. Most recently, she served as Senior Project Manager of The Better Block Foundation, supporting communities and their leaders in re-imagining more equitable, vibrant neighborhoods through grassroots urban planning efforts. She currently serves on the boards of Go Lloyd and Friends of Green Loop.

Joshua Baker

Outreach Program Manager


As the Outreach Program Manager for Lloyd EcoDistrict, Joshua manages the programs and events laid out in the organization’s 2030 Roadmap. Joshua had nearly a decade of outreach and program management experience at energy and social justice non-profits, before joining Lloyd EcoDistrict in 2020.

Passionate about climate change, energy, and emergency preparedness issues, Joshua is also pursuing a Graduate Certificate in Energy Policy and Management at Portland State University and is an active Portland Neighborhood Emergency Team (NET) member.

Junior Project Manager & Communications Specialist


As Junior Project Manager and Communications Specialist, Eliot helps develop and implement Lloyd Ecodistrict’s programs and events as outlined in the 2030 Roadmap of the organization.

Joining Lloyd EcoDistrict in 2023, Eliot brings nearly a decade of experience in non-profit work engaging volunteers in conservation and environmental education as a project field manager for Clean Oceans International and continues serving on the Board of directors.

Lloyd EcoDistrict is overseen by a dedicated volunteer Board of Directors, responsible for guiding our organization's direction and finances. We are committed to making board membership accessible and rewarding, offering orientation, training, and mentoring to new members.
