Lights Out Lloyd

LightsOut Lloyd is a campaign in partnership with Portland Audubon Society that aims to make commercial buildings in Lloyd safer for migrating bids. Participation in LightsOut Lloyd demonstrates a deeper commitment to making Lloyd a leader in sustainable building management and best practice. Portland joins over 21 other cities throughout the country in this campaign to raise awareness of the impacts of nighttime light pollution.

In 2017, over 500 individuals and 18 buildings made the pledge to go LightsOut in the fall.
This included a number of buildings in Lloyd:
1201 Lloyd
Bonneville Power Administration
East West College of the Healing Arts
Holladay Park Plaza
Lloyd 700 Building
Lloyd Center Tower
Metro
Oregon Convention Center
