Lloyd Live is a love letter to our public space.
We believe in reclaiming public space for joy, rest, and community. Lloyd Live creates free access to nature, culture, and shared experiences, all without needing a car or a ticket. Every event is designed to uplift the community and reimagine what public space can feel like: inclusive, safe, and alive.

UPDATE on 8/26/26: We’re sad to share that there have been potentially harmful algae bloom sightings near Duckworth Dock yesterday. While we wait for official confirmation from the Oregon Health Authority, out of an abundance of caution for both people and pets, we are canceling this Wednesday’s (6/26/26) Lloyd Live at the Dock event at Duckworth. Harmful algae can make people sick and are especially dangerous for dogs. Please avoid contact with affected areas until conditions improve. If you want to learn more about the issue and how it impacts the Willamette River, we encourage you to follow Human Access Project, who are leading the fight to solve this recurring problem. We hope conditions will improve before the September 12 event.

In addition to our Sponsors, your help makes Lloyd Live at the Dock happen!
Last year, more than 7,500 people found their way to the dock: neighbors, commuters, families, visitors, sunset-watchers, and people looking for a beautiful place to be together by the river. Help us raise $7500: one dollar for every person who joined us last year. Your donation supports PopCart PDX’s bike-powered music, event staffing, permits, insurance, outreach, signage, safety information, and the behind-the-scenes work that keeps Lloyd Live free and welcoming all summer.

Riders complete dozens of laps around the Lloyd Center, taking tight corners at top speed and thrilling crowds with every pass.
