Volunteer with Us at Quake Night at the Park!

Help make Portland’s preparedness picnic and movie night a success!

We’re looking for volunteers to support Quake Night at the Park, a free outdoor event featuring a picnic, preparedness fair, and screening of RUMBLINGS: Preparing for Cascadia.

Volunteers will help with tasks like:

• Event setup and takedown
• Supporting the refreshment and popcorn station
• Staffing the info table
• Greeting and guiding guests

🕒 Volunteer Shifts:

Shift 1 – 5:00 PM to 7:15 PM

• Help with setup
• Support early visitors and activities
• Staff popcorn and refreshment stations
• Support the twin-bucket bathroom kit station

Shift 2 – 7:00 PM to 9:15 PM

• Help during the movie
• Support guest needs and keep the space tidy
• Staff popcorn and refreshment stations
• Assist with cleanup and takedown
