Steel Bridge Skatepark Project in Old Town: Community Gathering 1

Community members are invited to attend Steel Bridge Skatepark Project in Old Town: Community Gathering 1, the first public gathering focused on shaping the future of the skatepark project. This event offers an opportunity to learn more about the project and share feedback on three proposed design options.

The gathering takes place on Sunday, February 15, from 1 p.m. to 3 p.m., at 220 NW 2nd Ave, 6th floor. A walking tour led by the Portland Chinatown Museum will begin at 1:30 p.m. Kids are welcome, and attendees can enjoy music, refreshments, a free raffle, and tables hosted by local organizations.

The location is accessible by multiple bus and MAX lines, with street and garage parking available nearby. An accessible entrance is located on NW 1st Ave, with elevator access to the sixth floor and an ADA accessible bathroom on site.

This is a welcoming space to connect, learn, and help shape a community focused project in Old Town.
