This is the first project of it’s kind in our neighborhood and we couldn’t be more thrilled with the outcome! We had employees from the Lloyd Wells Fargo branch join youth volunteers from Color Outside the Lines to add some color to Lloyd! Residents from the nearby Miracles Center, an affordable housing community supported by Central City Concern, come by to lend a hand and learn more about the project. Seniors from Calaroga Terrace watch the mural progress from their balconies, giving us some great birds eye views! Community members and employees stopped by throughout the day to bring cold beverages, take pictures, join in the community celebration. We hope for this to be the first of many projects to come and can’t wait to see what Lloyd wants to create next!
