Duckworth Dock Concrete Cleanup: Let’s Make a New Lloyd Beach!

Join Human Access Project and Hands On Portland for a large-scale riverbank cleanup at Duckworth Dock! Together, we’re working to make Portland’s beaches and swimming areas cleaner, safer, and more welcoming for all. Human Access Project is dedicated to improving access to the Willamette River, while Hands On Portland connects volunteers to projects that strengthen communities and promote equity across the metro area. Volunteers will help remove rocks and concrete, clear overgrown vegetation, and collect trash to enhance this popular swimming spot. It’s a great chance to roll up your sleeves, work alongside others, and make a visible impact—many hands make light work!
