📍 Overview
Lloyd Live: At the Dock is a free, weekly summer event series celebrating music, community, and Portland’s eastside riverfront. Every Wednesday from July 1 to August 26, 2026, we invite neighbors, visitors, commuters, and sunset-lovers to enjoy vinyl DJ sets and scenic joy along the Eastbank Esplanade and the Willamette River.
UPDATE on 8/26/26: We’re sad to share that there have been potentially harmful algae bloom sightings near Duckworth Dock yesterday. While we wait for official confirmation from the Oregon Health Authority, out of an abundance of caution for both people and pets, we are canceling this Wednesday’s (6/26/26) Lloyd Live at the Dock event at Duckworth this week. Harmful algae can make people sick and are especially dangerous for dogs. Please avoid contact with affected areas until conditions improve. If you want to learn more about the issue and how it impacts the Willamette River, we encourage you to follow Human Access Project, who are leading the fight to solve this recurring problem. We hope conditions will improve before the September 12 event.

🧭 How to Get There
Access via the Eastbank Esplanade, just a short walk or roll from Peace Memorial Park and the Oregon Convention Center. The Dock is located halfway between the Steel Bridge & the Burnside Bridge, on the Eastbank Esplanade.
🛑 No car access — this is a bike-in, walk-in event!
🚲 Bike racks and wayfinding signage provided
If you are driving, expect to walk at least three to six equivalent blocks, depending on where you find parking. Rideshare users should ask to be dropped off at Peace Memorial Park, which is a short walk away. For those taking public transit, the Rose Quarter Transit Center is the closest major MAX and TriMet location, although other stops are nearby as well.
