New 2020 Bonus Lighting Incentives from Energy Trust of Oregon

Energy Trust of Oregon has just offered limited-time bonus incentives for non-residential customers that install LED lighting upgrades. The bonus increases incentives for most interior and exterior fixtures by 50% and increases incentives for LED tubes by 150%. If LED upgrades are something you were considering in 2020, this is the time as these bonus incentives increase a customer’s return on investment significantly.

Additionally, with buildings operating at lower occupancy levels right now, building owners and managers are able to perform a variety of maintenance and improvement projects with little or no disruption of tenants’ business operations.

This spring LAMP participants have been upgrading office spaces, common areas, and parking garages with LED lighting and controls. Typically, these types of projects would have to be installed at night or on weekends, which adds to the labor cost, and can be inconvenient for building operations staff. Temporary low building occupancy allows many of these installations to be completed during the day while safely maintaining social distance.

Please contact us to learn more about LED lighting and controls, and how the Lloyd EcoDistrict LAMP program can deliver a “triple bottom line” return on your project. A portion of proceeds from LAMP supports Lloyd EcoDistrict’s ongoing sustainability work and Central City Concern, a social service and affordable housing provider.
